JACKSBORO,TN (WLAF) – On Monday, Cougar Tennis became the first Campbell High sport to finish a regular season undefeated by going 10 & 0. Now it’s on to the district tournament for the regular season district champs.

According to CCHS Coach Josh Parker, Garrett Medley and Jack Leach are the overall #1 doubles while Nate Walden and Drew Croley are the overall #2 doubles. Hayden Fields and Bryson Smith are playing singles In the district tournament. Olivia Raines and Arianna Quiglieri are the overall #3 girls doubles. McKenna Chapman and Rachel Taylor are also playing doubles while Shelby Bargy and Mattie Brown are playing singles.

The Cougars will have a team competition next Friday, May 14, versus Oak Ridge at Oak Ridge for the boys tournament championship. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 05/05/2021-6AM)
