Johnson arrested for 80th time; claims Satan was electrocuting her

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Michelle Johnson, 38, was arrested for the 80th time last Monday morning, according to jail records.

Just before daybreak on April 19, Campbell County Sheriff’s Sgt. Brandon Gross was dispatched to a home on Harbor Lane where Johnson, unknown to the homeowner, was allegedly peeking in windows and trying to open the door.

Gross said he caught up with Johnson as she was unsteady on her feet and uncontrollably jerking in the street in front of the home on Harbor Lane. The sergeant asked Johnson if she was alright. She allegedly responded “I’m being electrocuted by Satan. He’s right behind me. You have to help.” The only person behind her was Deputy Will Collins.

Johnson reportedly remained unsteady on her feet. She also began uttering unintelligible words. Out of concern for Johnson’s safety and the safety of others, Gross placed her under arrest for PI (public intoxication). A court date of Thursday, April 29, is set for Johnson.
