CHET is offering the Johnson & Johnson COVD-19 vaccine to its patients.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Community Health of East Tennessee Clinic is offering Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 Vaccine on Monday, April 19 and Tuesday, April 20 for its existing patients.  

Current patients of CHET who have not received a COVID-19 Vaccine of any kind and who are 18 years or older may call 423.562.1705, Monday – Friday to schedule their vaccine. Supplies are limited. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 04/09/2021-3PM)
