JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – Something as simple as hearing the Bible being read inspires students enrolled in the Campbell County Christian Learning Center.  During April, the CCCLC salutes those donors who played a key role in bringing about the program and providing support to keep in going.

“My favorite part is when Stephanie just sits and reads the Bible with us and explains what is happening. I learned how it actually went when Jesus died on the cross and rose,” said Layklei, 9th grade.  Stephanie is Stephanie Lloyd who serves as a teacher and program director for the CCCLC.

Today, the Campbell County Christian Learning Center expresses its appreciation to donors Cox Construction, First Volunteer Bank, Grace Rehab and LUB.

Classes at the Christian Learning Center are taught on the Hillcrest Baptist Church campus which is next door to Campbell County High School.  Released-Time is a time during the school day when students are released from school to study the Bible at an off-campus location.
