A shirtless Jess Miller, arrested on outstanding warrants, was escorted from a home where LPD officers executed a narcotics search warrant Tuesday morning.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – The La Follette Police Special Response Team and Narcotics Unit was out in the predawn hours of Tuesday morning executing a narcotics search warrant.

At 1117 West Central Avenue, on the corner of 25th Street, is the home where the warrant was executed at 6:25 am this morning. “Our investigators have made many undercover buys at this residence from different subjects since December. The buys ranged from Legend drugs, schedule I and II; meth and heroin,” said LPD Captain Steve Wallen.

The home is located at the corner of West Central Avenue and South 25th Street.

The captain added that multiple complaints from neighbors tipped off police of possible drug activity. “They even had a walk up window here,” said Wallen.

There were two people targeted in the raid of this west La Follette home.

There were five people in the home at the time of the raid including Crystal King, 40, and Teresa Rives, 53, both of La Follette; targets of the investigation. Thirty-nine year old Jess Miller of La Follette, wanted on outstanding warrants (theft/forgery), was also inside the home. He was arrested and taken to the Campbell County Jail.

The La Follette Police Special Response Team and Narcotics Unit arrived at this home at 1117 West Central Avenue at 6:25 am Tuesday morning armed with a narcotics search warrant.

Wallen says the investigation continues and further arrests are pending.

UPDATE: A total of four arrests were made. In addition to Miller, Crystal King, 40, active warrants (violation of probation), Thomas Crowe, 26, possession schedule II (meth) for resale and Haley Humphrey, 25, possession of schedule I (heroin) for resale were arrested.
