Barbara (Miss Bobbie) Jones, age 72, passed away on Sunday March 21, 2021. She was of the Baptist faith and retired from Valley View Elementary School after 21 years. Preceded in death by husband: Clyde Jones, mother: Myoma Seiber, uncle Mack Seiber, father and mother-in-law: Emerson and Elva Jones, sister-in-law Frances Jean Evans.

Daughters: Susan Shoupe and husband Jason, Jennifer Jones, Rebecca Suttles and Amanda Newport and husband Dennis

Sons: John Shoupe, Tuffy and wife Amber Shoupe

Grandchildren: Alyssa Wilson, Sammy Wilson, Colton Newport, Chase and Nathan Suttles

Great-Great children: Little Tuffy, Ellie, Emma Shoupe

A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

Family will receive friends 5-7 Tuesday Cross-Smith Funeral Home with funeral service at 7 Cross Smith-Chapel, Rev. Alvis Richardson, Rev. George Bolinger Officiating. Family and friends will meet 10 AM Wednesday Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Jones Cemetery for 11 AM interment.
