Car hits underpass; sends one person to the hospital

CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF) – One person was injured Sunday afternoon when their car hit an overpass.

At 4:07 pm Sunday afternoon, First Responders answered the call of a motor vehicle accident on Highway 116. Officials tell WLAF that a car hit the Cherry Bottom railroad bridge/underpass in south Campbell County. One person was transported to the La Follette Medical Center.
