At least one person was injured in a late day wreck on the four lane at Dossett Road.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A pick-up truck and a car collided under the Fazoli’s stop light on the four lane just after 5:30 pm Monday afternoon pinning the driver of the car.

Traffic headed into La Follette was backed up to the Walmart.

At least one person was injured. The female driver of the car was pinned in the wreckage. La Follette Fire Chief Jimmy Pack said “firefighters cut her out” to free her.

Jacksboro-bound traffic was forced down to one lane while both lanes were jammed the other way; all the way back to Walmart.

The La Follette Fire, Police and Street Departments responded along with the Campbell County EMS and the Tennessee Highway Patrol. All agencies cleared the scene a little after 6:30 pm.
