MORLEY, TN (WLAF) – A missing person’s report went out on Sunday for Kenny Powers of Jellico. Late Monday morning, a body was discovered believed to be that of the 55-year -old Powers, according to officials.

The body was found in a car over the bank off Highway 25W north of La Follette. The car was located near the one time Wildwood Tavern between Morley and Jellico.
