KNOXVILLE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) – The LaFollette Pregnancy Help Center (PHC), a Catholic Charities of East Tennessee program, will host a public open house to unveil their new help center location.

Serving nearly 70 families last year and providing more than 1,200 units of service, the LaFollette Pregnancy Help Center had outgrown its previous location. With a larger space, the LaFollette PHC estimates it will have the capacity to serve up to 25% more clients.

The Open House, on the LaFollette side of Woodson Mall near the Mall office, will include a blessing of the office space, brief remarks from program personnel, and a comprehensive tour of the space.

Refreshments will be served. Masks are required and COVID-19 social distancing will be observed.

The LaFollette Pregnancy Help Center services include but are not limited to: free pregnancy testing; non-judgmental mentoring and support; medical, legal, and educational referrals; adoption information, post-abortion counseling, and a 24-hour help hotline.
