Franklin Richard Martin, age 87 of Lake City, Tennessee passed away on February 14, 2021 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Franklin was born October 7, 1933 in Lake City, Tennessee to the late Jess Martin and Lelia Foust Martin. He worked for Norris Dam State Park. Franklin was a member of Clinch River Baptist Church. He loved fishing, watching cowboy movies, 4 wheeling, liked to deer hunt, camping, and spending time with his dog. In addition to his parents, Franklin is preceded in death by his son: Richard Eugene and his infant daughter.

Funeral Service: 7:00 PM, February 17, 2021, in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Norton officiating.

Family and Friends will meet at Leach Cemetery in Lake City, TN for an 11:00 AM graveside service on Thursday, February 18, 2021.
