Christine (Chris) Marlow Goins, age 83, of LaFollette went to be with the Lord Friday, January 15, 2021. She was a member of Midway Baptist Church and was loved by everyone who knew her. Her love for painting, writing, poetry and music were surpassed only by her immense love for her family. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 46 years Charles (Sam) Goins, her father and mother Calvin and Rosie Marlow, her beloved son Charles Timothy (Tim) Goins, her father and mother-in-law Rev. Earnest and Maggie Goins, brother, Raymond Marlow and sisters Hazel Byrd and Nadine Elkins.

Survived by daughter and son-in-law Linda Kay Ford and Clark Ford, her grandchildren Amy Beth Cowan and husband Ryan Cowan and Carrie LeShea Orick. Her sister Betty Trammell and many nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends 5 PM – 7 PM Monday with Funeral services to follow at 7 PM at Midway Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Dabney Officiating.

Family and friends will meet at 10:15 AM Tuesday at Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Campbell Memorial Gardens for a 11 AM Interment.
