Wanda Jean Mullins, age 91 of Lake City, Tennessee passed away on January 10, 2021 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Lake City, Tennessee at 3:00 PM with Rev. David Walker officiating.
