Kenneth Donald McCarty, age 82, of LaFollette passed away on January 9, 2021. He was a member of Cedar Hill Baptist Church, Valley Star Masonic Lodge #522 and Kerbela Shriners. US Army Veteran and retired after 40 years from the United States Postal Service as LaFollette Postmaster. Preceded in death by parents: Fred and Cleo White McCarty sister: Lola Chumbley

Grandchildren: Taylor McCarty and Tasha Fontenot

Sisters: Elsie Baldino, Trula Wilson, Gail Keeton and Debbie Sheilds

Family will receive friends 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM Tuesday January 12, 2021 at Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Sunrise Cemetery for a 3 PM Graveside Service and Interment with Military Honors by the Campbell County Honor Guard, and Masonic Services. Rev. Brian Burge Officiating.
