Geneva Hammac, age 94, of LaFollette passed away on Friday January 1, 2021. She was a very active lifelong member of Coolidge First Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school, she was always willing to help in Church activities. She was retired after 41 years as a Campbell County school teacher. She is preceded in death by husband: Millard Hammac, parents: Doc and Julie Jones Longmire, sister: Della Longmire, brothers: William L, George, Jess, John, Walter and Elmer Longmire

Survivors

Sons: Roger and Vickie Hammac, Danny and Joyce Hammac and Randy and Amy Hammac

Grandchildren: Russ and Katy Hammac, Jill and Derek McHaffie, Sara and Ryan Fletcher, Mandi Hammac, Daniel and Tasha Hammac, Karla and Tyler Cummins, Logan and Kelsey Hammac

Great-Grandchildren: Ryann, Bo, Mary Ellis, Charlie, Oliver, Lucy Georgia, Gracie, Masynn, Danni, Tinley, Cooper, Caroline, Tucker and Marleigh

Several nieces and nephews and a host of friends

Graveside Service and Interment will be held 2 PM Monday January 4, 2021 at Longmire Cemetery. Masks are required.

  1. She was very kind and helpful to me when I was one of her students. Although there were many students that passed through her classes she made each one feel important and special.
