Elizabeth (Ann) Cornett, age 81, of Jacksboro passed away Monday, December 28, 2020 at her home in Jacksboro. She was of the Baptist faith. Ann was owner and operator of Demory Mart with her husband Granville from 1977 to 1991. She enjoyed Sudoku puzzles and UK sports. Ann had a quick wit and a great laugh. Preceded in death by husband, Granville Cornett; parents, Russell and Mabel McClure Harper; sons-in-law, Mike Orick and James Johnson.

Sister: Dora Wyatt, Strawberry Plains, TN

Special caregivers: Karla Goins Baird and Betty McGhee

Several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends

Graveside Service and Interment 2 PM Wednesday at Bakers Forge Cemetery with Rev. David Hicks officiating.

WAS A PATIENT AT SHRINER’S HOSPITAL IN LEXINGTON. KY…THEY DID SURGERY ON HER BACK, TAKING BONE OUT OF HER LEG…TO FIX HER BACK…SHE HAD SCOLOSIS OF THE SPINE…I WANT TO THANK THE FAMILY FOR PUTTING THIS OUT THERE ON THE OBITURARY…PRAY THAT GOD BLESSES ALL OF YOU GREATLY…
