CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF) – An early morning hang up call to E-911 Dispatch prompted a Campbell County Deputy to conduct a welfare check at a home on Patty Hill Road.

At 6:19 am on Wed., Dec. 9, Deputy Timothy Powers made a stop at a home at 827 Patty Hill Road. Tonya Sue Shepherd, 44, answered the door.

Deputy Powers ran a warrant check, and it confirmed that Shepherd had an outstanding warrant for assault. Shepherd was placed under arrest and taken to the Campbell County Jail.

Shepherd is due in court on Tue., Feb. 2, 2021. This was Shepherd’s 22nd booking. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/21/2020-6AM)
