JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – On Nov. 24, Campbell County Sheriff’s Deputy Timothy Powers received a call from dispatch about a woman who alleged she had been shot at 1090 Towe String Road, Jacksboro. When Powers arrived at the address, the woman was gone. A second call came in from Pinecrest Road at Towe String Road alleging a woman had entered the Woods Brothers building.

Powers found the woman, later identified as Michelle Imogene Johnson, at the building. She allegedly said “she had a blue light in her eye and had been shot in the leg and Jesus healed her,” according to a report from the sheriff’s department. She continued that she had taken an unknown amount of Meth just a short time earlier.

According to jail records, Michelle Johnson has been arrested 74 times.

Johnson, 37, Spruce Lane, Caryville is charged with public intoxication and criminal trespassing. Johnson has been booked into the Campbell County Jail 74 times according to jail records. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/07/2020-6AM)
