Wanda Lou Phillips, age 70, of Caryville, went home to be with the lord on Monday, November 30, 2020. She was born on November 14, 1950 to the late Walter Boldin and Opal Hall. She was a loving wife of 40 years and a loving mother.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by sisters Jean Fuller and Linda Carter.

She is survived by  her loving husband Billy Ray Phillips; son Billy Ray Joiner of Georgia; daughter Missy Urban and husband Nick of North Carolina; brothers Donny Boldin and wife Michelle of Knoxville, Charlie Boldin and wife Arnetta of Knoxville, Paul Boldin of Knoxville, and Randy Boldin of Lenior City; sisters Rachel Joiner of Knoxville, Sheila Fuller of Knoxville, and Pam Keathly of Knoxville.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 3, 2020 from 5:00-7:00 PM in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. Ken Franklin officiating. The family and friends will meet at 10:15 AM on Friday, December 4, 2020 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home to go in funeral procession to Campbell Memorial Gardens for 11:00 AM interment.
