Children’s Center voted best

LAFOLLETTE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) – The staff at the Campbell County Children’s Center says “Thank you” to the Campbell County community for recently voting the Campbell County Children’s Center the Best Community Organization in 2020.

We are honored and humbled. It is our commitment to provide a child friendly, safe environment where a child’s voice is heard and respected. Where we can coordinate forensic interviews, sexual assault medical examinations, mental health counseling, case manager programs, prevention education and victim advocacy. At the Children’s Center we also support the state mandated Child Protective Investigative Team as it investigates all reported cases of child abuse and empower non-offending caregivers to protect their children.
