JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – Thursday was the final day of Early Voting in Campbell County.  The total vote yesterday was 622 bringing the total Early Vote to 8,499, a new record.

The Early Voting record for Campbell County of 5,338 was broken last Friday, and the final count at the end of Thursday was 8,499 votes.  Administrator of Elections Ann Ayers-Colvin points out that that number continues to grow as absentee ballots arrive and are added to the count.  There are roughly 24,000 registered voters in Campbell County.
