Jamie Lee Phillips, age 38, of Caryville went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at Oak Ridge Methodist Medical Center. He was a member of Beech Fork Baptist Church where he was saved by God’s grace May of 2000. Jamie served his country for 6 years at McGhee Tyson Airforce base with 228th Combat Communication Squadron. He loved being with family and making people laugh. Preceded in death by son, Jaidyn Skylar Phillips; papaw, Arlie (Dock) Phillips; grandma, Reba Dean Byrge and cousin, Michael Berry.

The family request that everyone follow CDC guidelines by wearing a mask and practice social distancing.

Family will receive friends 5 PM to 7 PM Thursday at Cross-Smith Funeral Home.

Funeral Service 11 AM Friday at Beech Fork Baptist Church with Rev. C.W. Fraker and Rev. Lee Phillips officiating. Interment to follow at Beech Fork Cemetery with Military Honors by Jellico Honor Guard.
