LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Orange barrels are in full bloom along the General Carl Stiner Highway (Hwy 63).

 From the La Follette city limits across Hunter Hill and all the way to Woodson Lane, orange barrels line the road.  This is phase one of the Campbell County part of the project.
The second phase will go from Woodson Lane to the Campbell – Claiborne county line.  This section, according to  TDOT info will all be a four lane highway.
