LAFOLLETTE, TN. (WLAF)- On Aug. 21, the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from the Eighth Judicial Drug Task Force, executed a narcotics search warrant at the residence of Aaron Crowley,772 Davis Chapel Rd in Lafollette.

Neighbor complaints brought attention to suspicious activity at the residence. The search warrant was executed after investigators completed undercover purchases of schedule I controlled substances, believed to be heroin, and schedule II controlled substances, believed to be methamphetamine.

During today’s search warrant, a K-9 deputy assisted in the investigation and located schedule II controlled substance, believed to be methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia in the residence. An undisclosed amount of cash and property purchased with drug proceeds was also seized during the search.

Crowley was arrested on the scene for the manufacture, delivery, sell of a schedule II controlled substance, believed to be methamphetamine, and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. He is currently in the Campbell County Jail with no bond and is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 3.
