JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – A Campbell County teenager continues recovering this morning following a weekend water accident on Norris Lake.

Based on information from the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office, he was injured in a rope swing accident near the Indian River area late Sunday afternoon.

According to 911 reports, he was transported by boat with the help of a former paramedic to Lonas Young Park at the White Bridge.  A medical helicopter landed and flew the injured man to a Knoxville hospital from there.
