LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Monday evening you may have seen Adam Lynn (green shirt and vest) and Zane Hall laying down new crosswalk lane lines in downtown La Follette.    They work for Volunteer Highway Supply Company out of Knoxville, and Monday was their day to be in La Follette.

“This isn’t spray paint, Lynn said, this is thermal plastic heated to 450 degrees and then poured.”

WLAF’s Charlie Hutson was on hand capturing the event and said, “You can feel the heat several feet away coming from the machine.  Don’t forget with this job you are dancing with the traffic going by at 40 or 50 MPH.”  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 07/28/2020-6AM-PHOTOS COURTESY OF WLAF’S CHARLIE HUTSON)
