Before and after photos of an Innovative Logistics Group trailer that caught fire around 5:45 am Friday at Mile Marker 131 on I-75’s northbound side.

RIDGEWOOD, TN (WLAF) – The call of an 18-wheeler on fire on the interstate came in just before 6 am on Friday morning followed by an accident with injury call a few minutes later.

The Ridgewood Fire Department battled a fire on I-75 early Friday morning.  The driver of the rig was able to release the trailer and save the tractor.

The Campbell County EMA and the Ridgewood Fire Department headed to the truck fire at Mile Marker 131 on the northbound side.  Soon after, First Responders from Caryville Fire and Police left out for a two vehicle accident at Mile Marker 136 also northbound.  Two units from the Campbell County EMS responded to the MM 136 wreck.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 07/17/2020-8:30AM[PHOTOS COURTESY OF ASSISTANT CAMPBELL COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY DIRECTOR DANIEL LAWSON)
