LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – The orange glow from those sodium vapor lights on the Central Avenue Bridge is gone.  It’s been replaced by LED daylight white lights.

La Follette Fire Captain Charles Hutson, the electrician on the new lights for the refurbishment of the bridge, expects the lights on the south side of the bridge to be finished later today.

The light project started on Monday on the north side.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 07/15/2020-6AM-PHOTOS COURTESY OF WLAF’S CHARLIE HUTSON)
