Charles “Bud” Mack Parks, age 67 of Clinton, surrounded by his family and friends, passed away peacefully, Sunday, July 12, 2020.

 He is preceded in death by daughter, Laurel Shea Parks; parents, Arthur and Charlene (Miller) Parks; brother, Bill Parks; sister, Mable Leach.

He is survived daughters, Brandee Snow & husband Adam of Savannah, Georgia,

Amanda Vaughn & husband Steven of Clinton, Bri Ramsey & husband Robert of

Knoxville; brother, Homer Parks & wife Anita of Morristown; sisters, Jane Johnson & husband Wayne of Knoxville, Carolyn Whitus of Michigan; 8 grandchildren; the love of his life, Teresa Jennings.

Visitation will be 11 AM -12 PM Saturday, July 18^th in the chapel of Martin Wilson

Funeral Home followed by Campbell County Military service, and his daughters to talk about their father and open for others to speak.
