PCUD Board Chairman Charles Taylor passes

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A driving force for Powell-Clinch Utility District has died.

Charles Taylor, chairman of the board for PCUD, passed away earlier today after a brief illness.

His funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Cross-Smith Funeral Home over WLAF.
