Gray Jones Honaker, age 86, of Speedwell

Gray Jones Honaker, age 86, of Speedwell was born on Jan. 8^th 1934 to Matt and Evelyn (Bryant) Jones, and she graduated to glory on April 16, 2020. She lived most of her life in Speedwell, Tennessee. She was married to William Woodrow Honaker and they had two sons, Keith Dale Honaker and Mark Steven Honaker. Gray was a born-again Christian from an early age and belonged to two churches in her life, Pine Grove Baptist Church in Speedwell and Pine Grove Baptist Church in Flat Hollow. Gray was preceded in death by parents Matt and Evelyn Jones, three sisters Delores Graves, Bonnie Tinnel, and Ruth Braden, and one brother Clark Jones. Gray was also preceded in death by one son Keith Honaker.

She is survived by son and daughter in law Mark and Cindy Honaker of LaFollette, Tennessee, and brother Mike Jones of Speedwell, Tennessee. She is also survived by grandchildren Brooke Goddard and husband Andrew, Drew Honaker and wife Kelsey, and Stacie Smith along with great grandchildren, Neylan Goddard, Halie Smith, and Abby Smith and several nieces and nephews and a host of friends and relatives.

A graveside service and interment will be held 5 PM Friday, April 24, 2020 at Greasy Hollow Cemetery in Speedwell with Rev. DeWayne (Kojack) Graves officiating.
