JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – There are times when the community has to come together to help each other.  Right now is one of those times.In a joint press release from Spay Campbell County Tennessee Pets (SpayCC) and Friends of Campbell County Tennessee Animals (FCCA):
Thanks to the Campbell Enhancement Fund, an affiliate fund of East Tennessee Foundation, and the Neighbor to Neighbor Disaster Relief Fund set up to help during the COVID-19 crisis, SpayCC has partnered with another local organization, Friends of Campbell County Animals (FCCA), to help with the Critter Cupboard to help pet owners facing a temporary financial crisis, feed their pets and keep them in the home.

The folks at FCCA extend a huge thank you to PetSmart for working with them to stretch this funding to the max.

Due to safety guidelines, safer distancing, we ask that you call the Campbell County Animal Shelter at 423 566-8018 and give them your information of how many pets you haveand  to set up a time for food pick up.  You can also message them through the Campbell County Tn Shelter Facebook page giving them your name and how many pets you have.

These emergency pet food supplies are made possible by the Campbell Endowment Fund, an affiliate fund of East Tennessee Foundation, through their Neighbor to Neighbor Disaster Relief Fund.

This program is open to Campbell County residents who are facing a temporary financial hardship due to lay off, etc, because of COVID-19 and other low income residents. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 04/13/2020-5:30PM)
