LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – The LUB lobby remains closed this afternoon.  In a news release, officials at La Follette Utilities Board have updated the the lobby closure dates.

Effective Thursday, March 19, 2020:

LUB’s office lobby will be closed to the public.  We are taking steps to provide service to our customers while trying to protect our employees.  We are staying up to date with state and federal guidelines and recommendations.  Our lobby will remain closed to the public at this time through April 3rd, in hopes to reopen on Monday, April 6, 2020.

The two (2) drive-thru lanes will be open and representatives will be here answering phone calls from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.  We will continue to have 24/7 dispatch for any outages or service issues that arise.
