JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – Campbell County Sheriff Robbie Goins shares a release this afternoon with regard to the Coronavirus pandemic.

A MESSAGE FROM SHERIFF GOINS TO THE CITIZENS OF CAMPBELL COUNTY
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we all face uncertainty in the coming weeks regarding the health of our friends and family. Many questions do not have answers yet. While many speculate what will happen and many rumors continue to circulate without validity, I would like to take a moment and speak to you about facts and certainties.
My office will continue to protect and serve the citizens of the county throughout this crisis. All available resources of my department from Administration to Corrections will be available to assist those in need.
Let me be clear, and I cannot stress this point enough, anyone caught violating the law will be charged, but those who especially try to profit or take advantage of the elderly or vulnerable, during this crisis, will be charged to the fullest extent the law will allow.
Now is the time for us to join together and assist one another during these difficult times. It’s also times like this, which make me proud to be the Sheriff as well as a citizen of this great county we call home.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 03/19/2020-12:25PM)

If my people, which are called by my name shall humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and will heal their land.
God bless all First responders; God bless Campbell County, God bless America.
