LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Spay Campbell County is holding a low cost spay and neuter clinic sign up day later this month.
The Happy Pets Low Cost Spay/Neuter Aid Sign Up Day will be held in the lobby of the LaFollette Veterinary Services Clinic from 2 to 4 p.m. on Wed., Feb. 19. The event is for signing up only; do not bring your pet. During the sign up event, staff will be on hand to provide scheduling dates for customers.
To sign up for this aid, pet owners are asked to bring proof of income or some type of proof of public assistance, such as a food stamp card.  Pet owner cost, for a dog under 70lbs, is $35, while cats are $30. This includes a one-year rabies vaccination as well, but no other services.  Applications will be processed and appointments made before you leave the sign up.
Pet owners may choose either LaFollette Veterinary Services or Jacksboro Veterinary Services as their service provider.   This aid is for spay/neuter service only.    Rabies vaccination is also included. Pet owners will be responsible for any other services, fees, products or additional vaccinations.
This program is open to Campbell County residents with an income of $35,000 or less, or for those who receive some type of public assistance, such as food stamps. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 02/06/2020-6AM)
