Judith Ann Byrd, age 81, of Jacksboro passed away Saturday, February 1, 2020. She was of the Church of God faith. She taught cosmetology and esthetician for over 40 years, she loved spending time with her friends and family.  Preceded in death by parents, William and Peg Carmack Deppen.
