JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – Plea agreements closed 13 criminal cases last week.The following outstanding criminal cases were resolved last week:
- Brett Elkins- burglary; seven days to serve with credit for time served, two years judicial diversion, two years supervised probation, barred from the LaFollette Public Library, court costs, $300 fine, $900 restitution
- Adam Shane Blankenblicker- DUI; two days to serve with credit for time served, 11 months, 29 days probation, attend MADD Impact Panel, loss of driver’s license for one year, court costs, $350 fine
- Heather Renee Moore- attempt to file false police report; five days to serve with credit for time served, two years judicial diversion, two years supervised probation, court costs
- Brittany Dawn Blackwell King- conspiracy to obtain controlled substance by fraud; two days to serve with credit for time served, one year supervised probation
- Dennis Anthony Turner- two counts of sale of cocaine more than .5 grams; 30 days to serve with credit for time served, 12 years supervised probation, court costs, $4,000 fine
- Tammy Yvonne Brandenburg Rose- possession of meth, less than .5 grams, with intent to sell; 30 days to serve with credit for time served, three years supervised probation, court costs, $2,000 fine, $2,000 contribution to the LaFollette Police Department Drug Fund
- Johnny Osborne- aggravated domestic assault; 18 days to serve with credit for time served, six years supervised probation, no contact with the victim, court costs
- Howard Michael Anderson- DUI; two days to serve with credit for time served, 11 months, 29 days probation, attend MADD Impact Panel, loss of driver’s license for one year, court costs, $350 fine
- Joseph Allen Branum- possession of meth, more than .5 grams, with intent to sell, introduction of contraband into penal facility; 30 days to serve with credit for time served, eight years community corrections probation, court costs, $2,000 fine
- Vanessa Breann Mounts- attempted possession of schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell/ deliver, public intoxication; two years to serve
- Keith Allen Lloyd- attempted burglary, criminal trespassing, possession of a schedule II controlled substance; 30 days to serve with credit for time served, three years supervised probation, court costs, $750 fine
- Jeffery Allen Dople- felony evading arrest; one year to serve
- Brandy Nicole Brewer Perkey- attempted introduction of contraband into penal facility, theft under $1,000, possession of schedule IV controlled substance, criminal trespassing; 30 days to serve with credit for time served, two years supervised probation, barred from Wal- Mart, court costs, $825 fine, $36.25 restitution (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/16/2019-6AM)
