Everette Glen Orick, age 82 of Knoxville passed from this life to his heavenly home on Sunday, November 24, 2019. He was a member of Jacksboro United Methodist Church. He served and retired from the United States Marines Corp. He considered himself a proud Marine until the very end. The last job he held after his military retirement was as a bailiff at the Campbell County Court House.

He is preceded in death by wife Sandra G. Orick, parents William and Ruth (Hodge) Orick, sisters: Imogene Baker, Jerry Peters, Mildred Richardson, brothers: Charlie, Jay, Lloyd, Ernest and Eugene Orick.

He is survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

We would like to thank the staff of Beehive Senior Living, Amedisys Hospice, Pam Sands, and the sitters who were so kind and loving to Everette. We especially appreciate his friend, Edd Orrick who was faithful to visit and spend time with him.

Visitation will be 1-2 PM Friday, November 29, 2019 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home followed by funeral service at 2 PM with Rev. Sampson Ridenour officiating. Following funeral service, friends and family will go in procession to Woodlawn Cemetery for interment.
