Rickey “Speedy or Little Diamond” Lowell Bowling, age 64, of Jacksboro passed away Friday, November 15, 2019. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Caryville. He was a long-time employee of Carmike Cinemas. Preceded in death by parents, Lowell and Elizabeth Goodman Bowling; nephew, Bobby Kent Bean.

Family will receive friends Tuesday 5 PM to 7PM at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with Funeral to follow at 7 PM with Rev. Tommy Reese and Rev. Dusty Brock officiating.

Family and friends will meet at 10 AM Wednesday at Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Glade Springs cemetery for 11 AM Interment.
