LAFOLLETTE, TN. (WLAF) – State Sen. Ken Yager  will  visit the Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) campus at Jacksboro on today,  Oct. 29, with Rep. Dennis Powers  and TBR Chancellor Flora Tydings.    They will take a tour of the campus at 9 am with a groundbreaking ceremony for a new building at 10 am followed by a check presentation from TVA at 10:40 am.
