Cain and Bryan tip off new season tonight at home

Former Campbell Lady Cougar Sarah Cain cuts down the nets after last year’s AAC Tournament championship.

DAYTON, TN (WLAF) – Former Lady Cougar standout Sarah Cain (above) and her 20^th ranked Bryan College Lions open their new basketball season tonight at home. The Martin Methodist RedHawks from Pulaski, Tn., visit Summers Gymnasium for the non-conference contest.

Last season, Cain, now a junior, and the Lady Lions started their season on the road with Martin Methodist and lost 79 to 65. Bryan then ran off 31-straight wins enroute to the Appalachian Athletic Conference regular season and post season championships and th NAIA National Tournament.
