Deborah Gail Goans, age 57 of Briceville, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at her residence. Deborah was born October 18, 1962 in Morristown, Tennessee to the late R.C. Seiber and Loretta Lisenbee Seiber. Deborah was a member of Gospel Life Church of God. She worked for the U.S. Postal Service for many years, was a homemaker, and loved her family and friends.

Funeral Service: 7:00 PM, Saturday, October 26, 2019 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Glen Day officiating.

Interment: 11:00 AM, Sunday, October 27, 2019 at Goans Cemetery in Briceville, Tennessee.
