La Follette Mayor Mike Stanfield drops another load of debris into the dumpster at the Faithway Assembly of God.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – “It breaks my heart knowing the church is having such a hard time,” said La Follette Mayor Mike Stanfield.  This weekend was the fourth time Stanfield has come to the church to help in the recovery effort.  “I’ve put in anywhere from two hours to five hours each day I’ve had a chance to come up here,” he said,

 “This dumpster was empty when I started this morning,” La Follette Mayor Mike Stanfield said.

The historic June flood took its toll on the Faithway Assembly of God located across from the La Follette Middle School.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED 10/21/2019-6AM)
