JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – It’s time to pay Campbell County property taxes.  Campbell County Trustee Monty Bullock told WLAF  property tax notices were mailed out late last week.

However, those property owners who are part of the Tax Relief Program probably already have their notices; they were mailed earlier.
Even if people don’t have a tax notice card yet, they can still drop by the trustee’s office in the court house and pay their property taxes, Bullock said.  He can pull up taxpayer accounts electronically.
If property taxes are paid by the close of business on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2019, they will receive a two-percent discount.  The one-percent discount runs through close of business on Thursday, Dec. 5, 2019.
The Campbell County Trustee’s Office is open weekdays from 8 am until 4:30 pm.  Saturday hours are from 8 am until 11:30 am.   Bullock adds, “I’ll even come to your house, if you can’t get out.  Just call me.”  The office phone number is 423.562.5185.   (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 10/15/2019-6AM)
