On September 23, 2019, Campbell Criminal Court Judge E. Shayne Sexton found the following individuals in violation of their supervised release and remanded them to Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) custody:

Robert Steven Richardson (above photo), age 30 of Eaglewood Lane – Jacksboro, had previously pleaded guilty to Possession of Sch. II Controlled Substance with the Intent to sell, DUI, Theft over $10,000, Aggravated Criminal Trespassing, Vandalism over $2,500, Aggravated Assault, Burglary, Theft over $1,000, Vandalism over $10,000, two counts of Auto Burglary, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and was required to serve 1 year prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 10 years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 10 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Anthony Todd Crabtree (above photo), age 21 of homeless – LaFollette, had previously pleaded guilty to Possession of a Prohibited Weapon and Possession of Methamphetamine with the Intent to Sell, and was required to serve 30 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 4 years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Jessica Lea Ayers-Lowe (above photo), age 36 of Mt. Paran Loop – Jacksboro, had previously pleaded guilty to Theft under $500, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Attempted Introduction of Drugs into a Penal Institution, and was required to serve 15 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 4 years. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Allen Darryl Davis (above photo), age 57 of West Ash Street – La Follette, had previously pleaded guilty to Violation of HMVO Bar and was required to serve 25 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 1 year. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 1 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Richard V. Lowe (above photo), age 51of South 12th Street – LaFollette, had previously pleaded guilty to Aggravated Burglary and was required to serve 31 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 4 years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.
