LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Progress continues being made on the Central Avenue Bridge project and most of the progress can’t be seen from the road.
WLAF’s Charlie Hutson snapped photos of the bridge’s diversion dam that is being constructed under the bridge.  Crews will block off one side of the creek at a time as they work.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 10/03/2019-6AM)
