LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Campbell County Deputy Courtney Charles responded to a call last Saturday from someone claiming that her nephew had shoved her mother and she was complaining of shoulder pain.    When Charles arrived at the home in the late afternoon, Kyle Wayne Heinz came outside.
