Franklin Delano “Frank” Lynch, age 89 of LaFollette went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, September 3, 2019.  He was of the Baptist faith.  He loved telling stories, bird watching, especially hummingbirds, and walking when he was able.  He also loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Frank retired from the United States Army and served in the Korean War.

He is preceded in death by wife Cynthia Lynch, parents George and Della (Berry) Lynch, brothers Archie Lynch, Joe Lynch, Kelly Lynch, Roy Lynch, Hubert Lynch, sister Mary Ruth Ward, and infant sister Laura Lynch.

He is survived by daughter Nancy Davis & husband Darrell of LaFollette, brother John Lynch of Indiana, sisters Geraldine Burton of Jacksboro, Rosa Gibson of California, grandchildren Shanna Ivey, Johnny Davis, great grandchildren Kamden, Zaylyn, Braidin, Kylie, Johnny, Jazlyn, several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends Friday, September 6, 2019 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home from 6-8 PM followed by funeral service at 8 PM with Rev. James Adkins and Rev. Larry Russell officiating.  Friends and family will meet 10:15 AM Saturday, September 7, 2019 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home to go in procession to Bakers Forge Cemetery for 11 AM interment. The Campbell County Honor Guard will be in charge of graveside service.
