JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – The following 20 outstanding criminal cases were resolved last week in court:

-Jamie Nicole Wagner- age 35 of Caryville two counts of aggravated burglary, two counts aggravated assault, assault, vandalism over $1,000, simple possession of schedule III (suboxone), public intoxication; two days to serve with credit for time served, six years judicial diversion, six years supervised probation, court costs, $200 fine

-Charles Daniel Savage- age 40 of La Follette aggravated domestic assault; 48 days to serve with credit for time served, four years supervised probation, court costs, $500 to Victim Assessment Assistance, no contact with  the victim

-Brittany Dakota Teeple- age 25 of Caryville attempted possession meth with intent to deliver or sell; two years to serve with credit for time served

-Braden Robert Treadway- age 28 of La Follette theft over $10,000; 43 days to serve with credit for time served, six years supervised probation, court costs, $75 fine

-Clint Enlo Malicoat aka “Pete” Malicoat- age 51 of La Follette violation of the sexual offender registry; one year to serve with credit for time served

-David Eugene Brown- age 52 of West Chester, Ohio, unlawful possession of a weapon by a convicted felon; three years to serve with credit for time served

-Justin Cody Webb- age 27 of Caryville two counts of burglary; 90 days to serve with credit for time served, six years supervised probation, no contact with the victim, court costs, $200 fine, $213.50 restitution

-Brandon Lee King- age 34 of Duff possession of meth, schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, driving on a revoked license; four years to serve with credit for time served, loss of license for six months

-Kayla Nicole McCoy- age 32 of Lake City theft over $10,000, felony evading arrest, second offense driving on a suspended license; 252 days to serve with credit for time served, three years supervised probation, no contact with the victim, court costs

-Samuel Scott Carroll- age 36 of Caryville vandalism $2,500 to $10,000, felony evading arrest with risk of death or injury, reckless endangerment, third offense driving on revoked license; five years to serve with credit for time served, $1,200 restitution

-John Ross Corbin Marlow – age 35 of Jellico burglary, evading arrest, resisting arrest, aggravated assault; one year to serve with credit for time served, eight years supervised probation, no contact with the victim, attend and complete a long term residential program and receive credit for serving 150 days

-Sheryl Lynn Whitaker- age 54 of La Follette possession of a schedule III with intent to sell, possession of schedule IV controlled substance, failure to appear; 60 days to serve with credit for time served, four years community corrections, court costs, $2,000 fine

-James Clifton Ivey- age 34 of Caryville felony possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of firearm by convicted felon; 90 days to serve with credit for time served, six years supervised probation, forfeit .357 gun, court costs, $2,150 fine

-Wymer Carl Chiarini- age 63 of La Follette second offense DUI, violation of the HMVO Bar; 45 days to serve with credit for time served, one year community corrections, attend MADD Victim Impact Panel, loss of driver’s license for two years, attend alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommendations, submit to drug screens

-Justin Bullman- age 30 of Caryville aggravated domestic assault, domestic assault; 35 days to serve with credit for time served, three years supervised probation, no contact with victims, , attend alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommendations, court costs

-David Lee Teague- age 43 of La Follette assault, aggravated domestic assault, false imprisonment; nine months to serve with credit for time served, six years supervised, court costs

-Clyde Edward McCarty, III- age 37 of La Follette two counts of aggravated assault on an officer; 60 days to serve with credit for time served, five years supervised probation, court costs

-Michelle Tickle- age 40 of La Follette theft under $1,000, attempted identity theft; three years to serve with credit for time served

-William Lee Davis- age 41 of La Follette attempted possession of schedule I controlled substance with intent to sell or deliver; 82 days to serve with credit for time served, six years judicial diversion, six years supervised probation, court costs, $2,000 fine, $4,000 contribution to LPD Drug Fund

-Austin Duane Smiddy- age 19 of Knoxville attempted possession of schedule I controlled substance with intent to sell (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 07/29/2019-6AM)
