Wlaf1450LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – On Tuesday, the Pregnancy Help Center will celebrate its 10- year anniversary from 1-6 pm.
The center has classes that cover a multitude of topics. Women who are expecting, or have a child younger than two years old, can attend classes to earn baby bucks.
As goals within the program are completed, participants are given baby bucks. These bucks can be used to purchase new items at The Pregnancy Center store. The women can buy anything from new baby clothes to a new crib with the rewards earned in the program.
The program is not income based and is run by Catholic Charities of East Tennessee. Although, it is not faith based.
